- This farm will be sold by SEALED BID FORMAT, please call 402-245-0866 to obtain a bid form. The sealed bids will be submitted to Poppe Realty & Mgmt 1616 Harlan St. Falls City, Ne 68355. Bids will be accepted from January 12, 2012 thru February 15, 2012 @ 5:00 PM cst, or postmarked by February 9th. The bids will be opened on February 15, 2012. The 7 highest bidders will be notified on February 16th, and invited to a meeting on Friday, February 17th at 10:00 AM, with the opportunity to submit a higher bid at this time.
- The sale is subject to the seller’s approval of the final bid.
- The successful bidder will sign a purchase agreement dated February 17, 2012. A 20% earnest deposit will be due upon signing the purchase agreement. The balance of the purchase price is due at closing on March 15, 2012. The buyer will receive full possession at closing, subject to the 50-50 crop share lease with Neal Frost.
